[ New York/ Texas Trip ]: Day 8

So I was VERY excited to have finally really Coney Island. I had a Nathan’s hotdog, although they didnt’ taste better or worse than the ones at the Avenue at Cal Poly. Then I proceeded to walk to the boardwalk with so much excitement. When I finally got there, it was dirty, deserted and boring. I walked from end to end in under 20 minutes. Realizing I shouldn’t leave (because it had taken me so long to get there and so long to travel back), I took some pictures of random things. I got some shrimp and sat at the pier for an hour or so… writing and drawing. Also, Coney Island not as cool as Santa Cruz. Not even close. poop.

It was such a pleasure to photograph Carrey getting ready on her wedding day. She is absolutely beautiful and so fun to work with. She has a vibrant spirit and an infectious humor. Below is a small teaser for her wedding to Jessie. I’ll be able to post more on their wedding when I return from my two week trip to China.
